What this site collects

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tags and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain. The only personal data it collects is what you choose to send through its two forms.

The contact form and the Brief Builder

When you send the contact form or a brief, we receive your name, email address and whatever else you type or pick: your company or website, your message, and for a brief the services, business name and style you chose. We use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. The forms are handled by Netlify Forms: Netlify stores each submission and emails it to us, acting as our processor. We delete enquiries that do not lead to work within 12 months.

Why we are allowed to use it

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering questions about our work. If you ask us for a proposal or we start a project together, we rely on taking steps towards, and then carrying out, a contract with you.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Its privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.

When you email us

If you write to hello@studiopremys.com, we use your name, email address and whatever you tell us only to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. Our mail runs on Google Workspace, so Google processes that correspondence on our behalf. We keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes and for our legal and accounting records.

Data outside the UK

Netlify and Google may process this data in the United States. Both are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the UK recognises as giving adequate protection.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@studiopremys.com. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
